Road-Opportunity untapped

Dear Hon MP,
I am a resident of Marura, Sipili. I recommend the work you are
doing. The only contentious issue for us,please connect rumuruti-sipili- maral
road. With this you will have promoted development.I have lived here for the last
25 years and with this tarmac road you will open many doors of opportunities. An
example is electricity in Sipili. The town is developing so rapidly and this is
an insight of what will happen if we get tarmac road.
Hon. Ndiritu 28-04-10 02:16:27

We are working hard on getting it done. It is a key and vital link to Northern
Kenya, and will open up all the areas from Sipili to Maralal to Baragoi
kinamba-sipili road
maina 27-02-10 05:14:38

in 2002 campaign period, His excellency the president visited sipili market, it
rained and unfortunately or fortunately for the locals his car got stuck. what
came out of that is that "hii barabara itawekwa lami", since then the
road has even deteriorated to almost impassible conditions, the cost of putting
a vehicle on that road is just too high, when traveling home you waste a lot of
time at Kinmaba, you are even forced to go home when is just too necessary
otherwise you wont enjoy the drive home.

so Mr Mheshimiwa, in your capacity as
the asst. Minister, your good relationship with His Excellency the prezzo kindly
fulfill that promise which was seen as a walk to the promised land. tafadhali
tuwekee hii barabara lami au iwe gradded vizuuri and with that you command a
respect to be re-elected by the people of sipili if the constituency remains.

Hon. Mureithi their is a murrum road that connect karandi center and rumuruti
tarmac,
i understand that according to road construction administrators or those
concerned in this region this road is classified as a tarmac road yet it is not.
why?
Karandi-rumuruti road
wollace 29-01-10 05:22:56

Hi Gitoga a road can be classified as tarmac but it is not. However it has a high
chance to be upgated to bitmen stadards than a road that is not classified. If
funds are enough we purpose to upgrade it when doing the Rumuruti-Marlal road
and Kinamba-Sipili Road.

share. The improvement of Roads and openning new ones will continue. We also plan

St. Bernard bridge and access road
Dan M 01-10-09 12:18:52

Hi Hon Nderitu,
My issue concerns the above mentioned bridge which has been on
construction since time immemorial, since I was in class 5. I have now completed
my university..how many years are those...? and nothing has been. The access
road is still inaccessible especially when rainy and considering that the El
nino rains are around the corner, let us reap more benefits than crisis as
people in the region will be locked out of necessary amenities say school,
hospitals,tarmac road et' al.
I would wish to be visiting my home more often
without accesability problems.

There is also the issue of insecurity. I can
remember that during our past time, we used to enjoy the freedom of being in
Losogwa as late as we would like, we would have supper at the neighbors, see
friends in the evening, and generally have a sense of belonging....but now what
has come of Losogwa is nothing to smile about. As early as 6.45pm, use

Thanx for posting the above details in your website. However considering that
most of the constituents do not hav access to the internet, it would be prudent
the report is updated quarterly and hard copies sent to the assistant chief s
offices where we can easily access it.
